The South Sudan U-15 national team have played the final match of the Korea Invitational Tournament today, where they produced an improved performance yet eventually lost 2-0 to Korean club Yongin FC. The coach was optimistic despite the loss
and was impressed with the improvement of the team over the three matches. Despite not registering a victory, the players will gain plenty of benefits from competing against some of the world’s top youth teams and will look to achieve victory in future matches. We would like to thank the Korea Football Association for hosting our team and the Korean Sports Mission in South Sudan for organising the trip. Thanks to all the fans of South Sudan for believing in this team and we are looking forward to soon competing in more international tournaments.
