SSFA President Francis Amin met today at the SSFA office with the South Sudanese referees who will be departing Juba in the coming days to officiate in the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cups. This is the first occasion that referees from South Sudan will be officiating in the CAF competitions under the new SSFA administration.
The first group will depart to DR Congo today headed by referee Malong Ring and the second group will depart tomorrow to Tanzania headed by referee James Alier.
The SSFA President encouraged the group of referees, praising their hard work and dedication to achieving selection for the CAF competitions. He also said that it would be a great experience for the referees to improve their skills in a high-level competition while also promoting a positive image of South Sudan.
