The President of the South Sudan Football Association (SSFA), Francis Amin Michael has made it clear that they are following the principles of transparency and accountability to the core as they work hard to turn football round.
In an interview at the SSFA headquarters in Juba on Friday, Amin made it clear that they will always make sure all the money and support received from FIFA, CAF, private sector and the government is used well.
“We are determined to turn South Sudan football round in a positive direction,” added Amin who has been in office for one year now.
He said he also mad chance to brief the FIFA President Gianni Infantino in the side lines of the FIFA Conference in Istanbul, Turkey last month of the developments happening in South Sudan.
“I briefed Infantino on the new SSFA leadership and the stability in the country. We are happy that FIFA is financing the renovation of the Juba Stadium which will start in March,” he added.
