The chief of National security of South Sudan Football Association (SSFA), Albino Majok has successfully completed a CAF Safety and Security Workshop in Cairo, Egypt.
Attended by
53 participants from across Africa the Workshop took place October 14-15.
“The workshop was very timely because we learnt several aspects to do with expertise and knowledge of international best practices in stadium safety and security,” said Majok.
The workshop
also centred on aspects to do with developing capacity among Security Officers,
exchanges on challenges faced by national Security Officers and the importance
of safety and security planning and execution phases in all matches.
President of
the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Ahmad Ahmad presented certificates
to the participants on the closing day.
