The FIFA governance Services manager for member Associations
in Africa, Sarah Solemane has praised the South Sudan Football Association
(SSFA) for the tremendous steps made in football development.
Solemane met the SSFA board of Directors headed by the
President Francis Amin Michael on Tuesday.
She briefed the board about the new amendment of the FIFA
Status that all member Federations must align with.
Solemane
praised the current status of SSSFA and said they are moving in the right
direction since they are a new member. She added that SSFA will however need to
make few adjustments and amendments in their constitution to be in line with FIFA.
She also
made it clear that there is a zero-tolerance policy towards wrongdoing of any
kind which is all stipulated in the principles of good governance.
Amin thanked
the FIFA official for making the visit to South Sudan. “We are glad that you
