Atlabara FC to face Egyptian Premier League Champions

South Sudan Premier League champions Atlabara FC have been handed a tough draw in the 2019/2020 CAF Champions League.

In the draw released on Sunday, July 21st in Cairo, Egypt, Atlabara FC will host the Egyptian Premier League Champions in round 1 with the first leg slated for August 9-11th.

The Egyptian Premier League is yet to climax with giants Al Ahly and Pryamids FC battling for the title.

Atlabara FC used the just concluded regional CECAFA Kagame Club Championship in Rwanda to prepare for the CAF Champions League.

Amarat FC, winners of South Sudan Cup will also have a tough task against Tunisia’s US Ben Guerdane in round one of the CAF Confederations Cup. Amarat FC will play the first leg game away in Tunisia between August 9-11 before the return leg between August 23-25.
