Bright Stars Arrives Home

South Sudan National Team (Bright Stars) landed into the country today evening after playing and beating Ugandan Cranes 1:0 in their second leg Total AFCON Qualifies 2021 in Nairobi Kenya.
The team was received and welcomed back by the Minister for Youth and Sports, Dr. Albino Bol, Mr. Francis Amin, the President of South Sudan Football Association (SSFA) and the Chairperson for SPLM National Youth League, Mr. Daniel Abocha.
Speaking during the reception ceremony at Juba International Airport, Mr. Amin proudly welcomed the Team back home and congratulates them for their outstanding performance. He dedicated the victory of Bright Stars to the people of South Sudan, saying that the victory has increased chances for the National team to qualify for the AFCON 2021 and that it is a new chapter for South Sudan National Team towards their road to the African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
Amin called on the government, companies and business fraternity to support South Sudan National teams towards achieving improved result during their participation in international competitions.
