A Two-days SSFA Leadership Induction Workshop Concludes in Juba

The Minister for Youth and Sports, Dr. Albino Bol this evening in Juba concluded a two-day Leadership Induction Workshop for SSFA new administration.
In his closing remarks, Dr. Albino congratulated the SSFA new Board of Directors and the senior staff for assuming new offices. He urges the participants to take what they have learned during the orientation workshop seriously and put it into practice to develop football in South Sudan — he believes sports is the only avenue that can unite the people of South Sudan, urging the new administration to work closely with Ministry of Youth and Sports towards developing and promoting sports nationwide.
Addressing the participants, SSFA President Mr. Augustino Maduot thanked Dr. Albino for accepting the invitation to come and close the workshop. He said they thought it would be wonderful to initially undertake the leadership Induction Workshop in order to be equipped with necessary knowledge they may need before fully starting work.
He also applauded Mr. William Okot the facilitator for feeding them with knowledge.
On his part, SSFA Deputy President, Mr. Charles Udwar appreciated the Minister for showing up, citing that the leadership workshop is very crucial for them as it will upgrade their administrative skills to effectively execute the mandate of SSFA.
Speaking on behalf of the participants, George Kosta said the administrative Induction workshop is very important as they have acquired enough knowledge which will improve their leadership skills.
The two-days Leadership Induction Workshop aimed at introducing Leadership skills to the new administration of South Sudan Football Association.
