South Sudan Football Association is pleased to announce the opening for the position of Assistant Finance Manager. We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team. The suitable candidate should meet the following requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
– Knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
2. Financial Skills:
– Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
– Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.
– Experience in managing financial systems and processes.
3. Strong Analytical Skills:
– Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
– Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Time Management and Organizational Skills:
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
6. Ethical Conduct:
– High level of integrity and ethical conduct in financial management.
– Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
7. Proficiency in Computer Applications:
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
– Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
