South Sudan Football Association is excited to announce the opening for the position of Marketing Director. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our marketing efforts. The suitable candidate should meet the following requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports industry.
– Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
2. Strategic Marketing Skills:
– Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
– Ability to develop and execute marketing plans to promote the South Sudan Football Association and its initiatives.
– Experience in market research, segmentation, and targeting.
3. Brand Management:
– Knowledge of brand development and brand management principles.
– Ability to maintain and enhance the association’s brand identity.
– Experience in creating and implementing brand guidelines.
4. Digital Marketing:
– Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tactics.
– Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising.
– Familiarity with website management and search engine optimization (SEO).
5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
– Strong presentation skills and ability to convey marketing strategies effectively.
6. Creativity and Innovation:
– Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.
– Experience in creating engaging content and storytelling.
– Familiarity with emerging marketing trends and technologies.
7. Team Leadership:
– Strong leadership and management skills.
– Ability to lead and inspire a marketing team.
– Experience in coordinating and delegating tasks effectively.
