South Sudan’s Bright Starlet were set in a tie against Egypt in the first round of TotalEnergies CAF Women’s African Cup of Nations 2024 Qualifiers.
This came after the conclusion of the draw for the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2024 Qualifiers, conducted on Thursday, 06 July at the Mohamed VI complex located in Rabat.
The two rounds’ games against Egypt will determine Bright Starlet’s fate in the chase for the TotalEnergies CAF Women’s Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2024. The winner will face the winner of Senegal against Mozambique.
The first round of the qualifiers is expected take place from 18 – 26th September, 2023 while the second round is scheduled for 27th November 2023. The venue for South Sudan home game will be communicated by the management of South Sudan Football Association.
