South Sudan Men’s National Team Head, Coach Nicholas Dupuis reveal the provisional squad of 27 players gearing up to face Uganda in the 2025 Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers!
Assembling at Juba National Stadium this week, the team is set to clash with Uganda on 11th October at Mandela National Stadium, followed by the return leg in Juba on 15th October 2025.
In a bid to bounce back from recent defeats, the squad boasts a mix of experience and talent across all positions, showcasing the nation’s football prowess.
Bright Star faced defeats against Congo Brazzaville and South Africa, placing them at the bottom of the group. Stay tuned for their upcoming matches for a potential turnaround.

  • Juma Jenaro, Bentiu Majak Mawith, Nicholas Madeng

Defenders:
